These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReelWright ("ReelWright," "we," "us," or "our"), available at reelwright.ai and through the ReelWright application. By applying for or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
ReelWright provides tools to draft, generate, edit, review, and, when you expressly direct it, publish short-form videos and written content for licensed insurance and real-estate professionals. Features, supported providers, and availability may change. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, generated material is a draft: it is not published unless you separately approve and direct publication. You are responsible for checking each item—including facts, figures, sources, disclosures, licenses, and platform requirements—before approving it under your name or professional license.
The service is for licensed professionals in good standing. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, to use the service lawfully, and to ensure that content you approve complies with the advertising, licensing, and disclosure rules that apply to your profession and jurisdiction. You are the licensed party of record for content published through the service.
Your use of ReelWright is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which forms part of these Terms. The AUP covers avatar and voice consent, your duty to disclose AI-generated content, the terms of the third-party AI providers we build on, your regulatory responsibilities, and prohibited uses. Violating the AUP is a breach of these Terms.
ReelWright creates a synthetic avatar and voice from footage you provide, and uses them to generate content at your direction. You may submit only your own likeness and voice, and only with your explicit, informed consent, which we record and version before any avatar or voice is created. You represent that you are the person in the footage and that you may authorize its use; you may not submit or clone the likeness or voice of any other person. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your avatar, voice, and source footage at any time; we honor removal requests and pass them to our providers (including HeyGen). No avatar or voice is created for you until a consent record is on file.
All content produced by ReelWright is generated with AI and reviewed by you, the licensed professional, before publication. Each published item carries a plain-language AI disclosure in the caption and/or on-screen and, where the platform supports it, is flagged as AI-generated or synthetic media. You agree to keep these disclosures and platform AI labels in place and not to remove, obscure, or defeat them.
ReelWright may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, payments, messaging, publishing, analytics, and AI generation. Our Privacy Policy describes how service providers may process information, and our AUP identifies some feature-specific provider restrictions. Provider availability, terms, and model behavior can change. You must follow applicable provider terms presented for a feature. We do not promise that a provider will accept a request, return a usable result, preserve a particular model version, or keep a feature continuously available.
As between you and ReelWright, you retain your rights in the text, footage, images, audio, marks, and other material you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant ReelWright a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, adapt as technically necessary, and process Customer Content only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service for you; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. This license lasts while needed for those purposes and ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to copies retained in backups, audit records, or as required by law. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions and instructions.
Subject to your rights in Customer Content and third-party rights, ReelWright retains its rights in the service, software, templates, brands, and underlying tools ("Service Materials"). We do not promise that AI-generated output is unique, protectable by copyright, or free of third-party rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use output generated for your account for your business, subject to these Terms, provider terms, and applicable law. You may not copy or exploit the service or Service Materials themselves.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or similar to material generated for others. Sources and citations may be wrong or unavailable. ReelWright does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal or regulatory compliance, platform acceptance, engagement, reach, or business results. The service is not legal, tax, insurance, investment, or real-estate advice. You must independently verify claims and obtain any required professional, carrier, agency, client, or platform approval before use. Keep required AI and advertising disclosures in place.
If you opt in, you agree to receive automated recurring transactional text messages from ReelWright — such as content approval alerts — at the mobile number you provide. You must be 18 or older to enroll. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; ReelWright does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP (we also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT). After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages; reply START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email hello@reelwright.ai. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major U.S. carriers; carriers may be added or removed at any time, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
There is no free trial. Your first billing period is charged when you sign up, and your plan renews automatically at the price and frequency shown before you submit payment until you cancel. Checkout and your order confirmation must clearly state the plan, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel. You may cancel through the method provided in your account or order confirmation; cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already made, but does not limit refund or credit rights required by law. Founding-member pricing applies only as expressly stated in your checkout/order terms.
Plan allowances, included usage, credit amounts, expiration, rollover, and any per-feature limits are the amounts and rules shown in your plan details and at purchase. Those details—not illustrative examples—control. We may apply reasonable rate limits or queue unusually high-volume requests to protect service availability. A request may fail or produce an unusable result; any credit restoration, refund, or replacement is governed by the applicable purchase terms and law. We will not represent a credit as consumed or restored contrary to the applicable transaction record.
Purchased credits are non-transferable and usable only as described in the applicable plan or top-up terms. Top-up refund and expiration terms must be shown before purchase and are subject to applicable law. We may suspend or restrict an account for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or material breach after appropriate review. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge through your payment provider or under applicable law; please contact support so we can investigate billing errors.
You retain your rights in your name, likeness, voice, and brand. You authorize their use only as needed to provide the features you request and as described in the applicable consent record and Privacy Policy. This authorization does not transfer ownership and does not permit use for an unrelated purpose. You may withdraw consent for future processing and request removal as described in the service and Privacy Policy; technical, legal, backup, and already-published copies may take time to address.
ReelWright and its licensors retain rights in the service and Service Materials. The service does not transfer ownership of Customer Content or make a promise that an AI output is exclusive or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Except for the limited service-use rights expressly granted here, no right in ReelWright's software, source code, workflows, interface, branding, or documentation is transferred to you. © 2026 ReelWright. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." ReelWright disclaims implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable, including because of provider outages or safety restrictions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelWright will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or law. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the service or another reasonable channel before the change takes effect where required. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any renewing plan before the change applies to you. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
