This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of and incorporated into the ReelWright Terms & Conditions. It governs everything you create, generate, approve, or publish through ReelWright. Because ReelWright produces content in your name and under your professional license, these rules are not optional — a violation is a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension. By using ReelWright you agree to this AUP and to the terms of the third-party AI providers described below.
(1) Only ever clone your own likeness and voice, with consent. (2) Keep the AI-generated disclosure on everything you publish. (3) You are the licensed professional of record and remain responsible for advertising, licensing, and fair-housing compliance. (4) Never use ReelWright for any prohibited use below.
ReelWright creates a synthetic avatar and voice from footage you provide. You may submit only your own likeness and voice, and only with your explicit, informed consent, which we record and version. You represent that you are the individual appearing and speaking in the footage and that you have every right to authorize its use.
You may not submit, clone, or generate the likeness or voice of any other person — including public figures, celebrities, colleagues, clients, or anyone who has not personally consented through ReelWright. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your avatar, voice, and source footage at any time by emailing hello@reelwright.ai; we honor removal requests and pass them to our providers.
Every video and article ReelWright produces is AI-generated and is labeled as such: a plain-language disclosure appears in the caption and/or on-screen, and, where the platform supports it, the post is flagged as AI-generated or synthetic media (for example TikTok's AI-generated toggle and YouTube's altered-or-synthetic-content setting). You agree not to remove, obscure, or defeat these disclosures, and to keep any platform "AI" label that Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another platform applies. Content is reviewed by you, the licensed professional, before it is published.
ReelWright is built on third-party AI services. Your use of ReelWright is also subject to their acceptable-use terms, and you agree to comply with them:
You are the licensed party of record for everything published through ReelWright, and you remain responsible for compliance with the advertising and disclosure rules of your Department of Insurance or real-estate regulator and your jurisdiction. Your license number and required disclosures appear on published content; you must keep them accurate and current. Insurance content must not be framed as an investment, must not promise premiums, savings, guarantees, or "cheapest/best" outcomes, and must not use a carrier's marks or trade names without that carrier's authorization. Real-estate content must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state fair-housing law: no statement, image, or targeting that expresses a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected class.
You may not use ReelWright to create, approve, or publish content that:
We may review, hold, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or the Terms, and we may act on removal or consent-withdrawal requests from a person whose likeness or voice appears in content. Nothing here limits our other rights under the Terms or applicable law.
